Laguiole knives are manufactured by many companies in France; quality and style vary. Since 1999, Provence imports has been exclusively importing Laguiole from Coutellerie Neron (third generation manufacturer), considered one of the best knife manufacturers in France. Beware of poor quality imitations from Asia.
